Cut by hand from a real Vermont license plate into the shape of the state this PicPL8 features a window for a 3" x 5" photo.  I produce the aluminum backing plate that holds the photo; it has metal tabs that keep the photo in place allowing for easy install or photo change.  The back plate has a hole for hanging and small rubber feet to keep it securely positioned on the wall.  All edges are filed and smooth to the touch.  Please note, actual window opening is 4 1/4" h x 3 1/16" w and some photos may need to be trimmed for a perfect fit.
